We collect the account data you provide (business name, email and login credentials) and the operational data you record in the platform: products, sales, customers, suppliers and invoices.

We also log basic technical data (IP address, browser type and anonymous usage events) to keep the service secure and improve it.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to deliver the service: running your account, generating reports, issuing invoices and providing support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Isolation and security

Each customer runs on an isolated database schema. We take encrypted daily backups and enforce per-user and per-store access control.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. When you cancel your account, your data is deleted after the retention period stated in your contract.
